Our Ready to Ship collection is a unique selection of imported mosaics and subway tiles that features glass, mirror, metal, and seashell designs. These products are stocked on site at our factory in Phoenix, Arizona and are ready to ship as quickly as the same day.

Our Imagination Made to Order collection is handcrafted at our factory in Phoenix, Arizona. We combine premium stone, glass, metal, and resin chips in a variety of patterns and combinations to offer a wide selection of USA made designs. Because these products are made to order they are also customizable. Think of our house blends as recipes and the chips as ingredients. At UDS, we have a “pantry” of interchangeable “ingredients” to make the perfect “recipe” for your project every time.

Going above and beyond industry standards to create versatility, we utilize 3/8” thick glass chips in this collection that results in the large majority of our Imagination Made to Order designs being floor-rated. To create the highest quality products all of our Made to Order mosaics are meshed using a specially engineered glue developed by 3M. This glue does not dissolve in water which alleviates headaches that lesser products may create during cutting and installation. This makes our Imagination Made to Order mosaics among the strongest, most reliable, and most convenient products in the industry.



For our Ready to Ship products orders will generally ship same day if received by noon Phoenix Arizona time. Orders submitted after noon will likely ship the following business day. Please allow an estimated 1 – 5 business days depending on your location once the order has shipped.

Our Imagination Made-to-Order collection is handcrafted just for you at our factory in Phoenix, Arizona with a short two-week standard production time. Expedited order processing may be available for an additional $5 per sheet. Please inquire with our support team regarding expedited options prior to placing your order if time is of the essence. Allow between 1 - 5 additional business days for delivery depending on your location. This means that all Imagination Made to Order products will be manufactured and received within three weeks from the time of order.



We ship the majority of our orders via UPS Ground. If the project is of a large enough volume to warrant being palletized, LTL shipping may be coordinated.

Tracking information is provided once an order is picked up and in transit. This will be communicated to the email address associated with your order.

For orders placed through the website shipping will be calculated at 10% of the total.

We have invested in our packaging technology and processes to ensure that you receive your order intact and ready for installation. By utilizing a special foam infusion approach that expands in the box to immobilize and secure your order, our instances of breakage are close to zero.

On the rare occasion that your order may be mishandled by the shipping company please give us a call and we will get the necessary material for your order replaced right away. Please try to confirm the condition of your order in a timely manner so that we can address any issues effectively and in concert with our shipping partners.




We are happy to process returns of material. We must be notified of the return within 30 days of receipt of the order and the returned material must be received by our team in Phoenix within 45 days of receipt of the order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply and customized product is not eligible for return. Only material cost is eligible for refund, not initial shipping charges.

Dealer

We provide convenient and innovative pre-assembled towers which are delivered ready for your sales floor and come on heavy duty caster wheels for easy movability. Learn more by reviewing our [dealer solutions] and [dealer education] pages.

Absolutely! Just indicate your preferred ‘Ship To’ when submitting the request. This flexibility is one of the many convenient aspects of our dealer program.

We have designed our dealer program to maximize convenience and simplicity. All orders over $200 have no additional shipping cost. Any orders under $200 ship for a flat $20. In either case, shipping costs are never a variable you have to wrestle with or wonder about.

Tracking information will be provided on your confirmation invoice. We issue these daily each afternoon to the contacts that we have for your account, once shipments have been picked up and are confirmed in transit.

If your order is for a Ready to Ship product and the order is received by Noon Phoenix time, it will likely ship that same day and you will receive your confirmation that same day as well.

If your order is for an Imagination Made to Order product, you will receive a Sales Order shortly after submitting your Purchase Order. This Sales Order represents the material as it is in production in our factory and will reflect the estimated ship date. Once the order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive an invoice with tracking information.

Keep an eye on your e-mail for any product launch or discontinued product announcements. For accounts serviced by one of our merchandisers or territory reps you will also be notified and supported in person. We strive to keep our product line fresh and unique and our display towers are designed to support updates, so rest assured that any discontinued items will be replaced by new, exciting designs in a timely manner.

If you’re ever concerned about having your towers up to date, please e-mail us at info@uds-az.com with clear pictures of each side of your tower(s). We will be able to identify anything that is missing or would need to be removed and will work with you to bring your tower current as quickly as possible.

Unique Design Solutions new POS product labels incorporate the technology of QR codes to put more information at your fingertips. Utilize the QR codes placed on the back of each sample board to access product specifications, installation pictures, and more.

The [Mosaic Creator] puts possibility at your fingertips, allowing you to design a custom mosaic from scratch or adjust and tailor our house blends to a specific client or project. By giving you access to our molds, patterns, and mosaic ingredients through an easy-to-use digital interface, you can dictate patterns, colorways, and components directly to our factory in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Mosaic Creator offers a wide variety of 3/8” thick glass and stone options to work with, which are both floor-rated and suitable for wet environments. You can also design using porcelain chips for a different aesthetic, which are also floor-rated and suitable for wet environments.

Our [Color Lab] opens up a world of color options, allowing you to specify any Sherwin-Williams paint color to be applied to the glass tiles or mosaic chips of your choice. This program also supports color matching and brand color generation. Having these capabilities in-house allows us to provide flexibility and customization, even at low quantities.

This program will feature 3x6 glass tile, 4x16 linen textured glass tile, 8” glass hexagon tile, and 4.5” diamond tile along with a variety of mosaic chip formats for 2020.
