30 Day Return Policy

Did your customer change their mind, over order for a project, or decided it just wasn’t quite the right tiles for them? Unique Design Solutions can accept returns within 30 days of your order.

Please read the following Requirements for Return carefully.

  1. You must fill out and return a completed an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form.
    • Forms can be emailed upon request at orders@uds-az.com or found on our website at www.uds-az.com/resources.
  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and arrangements, Unique Design Solutions is NOT responsible for the cost of any return shipping. You may return ship through the carrier of your choice. Our Warehouse receiving hours are Monday- Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm MST

  2. All returns must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received**.

  3. All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

  4. The Following Items are Final Sale and cannot be returned

    • Made to Order Material ( skus with 800’s and 2 week production)
    • Samples
    • Any Customized Order
    • Clearance Items
    • Final Sale Items
  1. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.

  2. Your credit or refund will be processed within 7 business days after the receipt of material.

**Credit will not be issued for any items returned in a damaged, non-re-sale condition. It is imperative that the returned boxes are packaged well—our products are extremely fragile. We recommend adding insurance on your return shipment and use a trackable shipping method.
